In December of 1993, E.N.E. Realty Associates acquired our first office building at 30 Tower Lane, Avon, CT. Two years later we purchased our second building at 20 Tower Lane, followed by 10 Tower Lane six years later. We expanded into the Simsbury commercial real estate market with the addition of a medical and office building at 225 Hopmeadow Street (on the border of Avon and Weatogue).
In 2015 we added 172 West Main Street in Avon (Route 44) followed by 40 Tower Lane in Avon. This purchase completed our ownership of the Tower Lane Office Green Park Complex. Our latest addition, 22 Waterville Road (Women’s Health building) allows us to offer more Class A office space in the Avon community. All of our properties are centrally located in the Farmington Valley bordering Canton, Farmington, Simsbury and West Hartford.
